Sweet Betsie desperately needs someone to foster or adopt her to prevent her from being killed at a very high kill shelter in Chicago. Betsie was brought into the shelter as a stray. It appears that she has been neglected. It also appears that she has recently been nursing but she was separated from her babies and their whereabouts are unknown.
